5. Communication from Course Providers
After submitting an application, course providers may reach out to you with invitations to open days, additional information, or requests for further clarification regarding your application. These invitations provide an opportunity to learn more about the program, its instructors, and the course structure. However, receiving such an invitation does not imply that you have been accepted into the program. The final admission decision will be communicated after a thorough evaluation of your application.
6. Roles and Responsibilities
6.1 Student Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful information during the application and enrollment process.
- Ensure timely payment of the required application fee as stipulated by the Platform.
- Comply with all Platform policies, codes of conduct, and educational provider requirements.
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with Advisors and Agents.
- Abide by confidentiality agreements concerning Platform services and educational resources.
6.2 Advisor Responsibilities
- Offer comprehensive academic guidance and structured support to students.
- Assist students in making informed decisions regarding course selection and career planning.
- Ensure advisory services adhere to ethical standards and remain impartial.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism in all engagements.
- Stay updated on evolving academic programs to provide relevant and accurate guidance.
- Advisors are compensated between £250 and £500 per successfully accepted student.
6.3 Agent Responsibilities
- Act as official representatives of the Platform in student recruitment initiatives.
- Facilitate student enrollment and oversee necessary documentation processing.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with prospective students and affiliated organizations.
- Ensure transparency and accuracy in all information provided about the Platform’s offerings.
- Consistently track recruitment metrics and report progress to the Platform.
- Agents are strictly prohibited from soliciting payments from students in the name of the Platform.
- Agents are compensated between £250 and £500 per successfully accepted student.
7. Employees Responsibilities
The employees of Community of Education Ltd are responsible for providing support to students, agents, and advisors, ensuring clear communication regarding course updates, assisting with inquiries, and helping maintain a fair and ethical learning environment. They also play a key role in enforcing institutional policies, resolving concerns, and facilitating smooth day-to-day operations.
7.1 Administrators Responsibilities
The administrators are responsible for overseeing the overall functionality of the educational platform, ensuring its smooth operation, addressing technical issues, implementing necessary updates, and maintaining system security. Additionally, they must ensure that all users have uninterrupted access to educational resources, manage institutional policies, and coordinate major decisions related to course structure and platform improvements. They also have the duty to communicate any significant course-related changes and ensure compliance with established guidelines.
8. Public Communication and Confidentiality Agreement
Both employees and students, advisors, and agents of Community of Education Ltd are required to obtain prior approval before making any public statements about the company or sharing any information related to it on social media or other public platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, course details, policies, internal communications, promotional materials, or any other content associated with Community of Education Ltd.
Failure to obtain approval before disclosing or sharing such information may result in disciplinary actions, including warnings, suspension, or termination of roles within the institution. Additionally, unauthorized disclosures that violate confidentiality agreements or legal regulations may lead to further legal consequences in accordance with applicable laws. These measures are in place to protect the integrity, reputation, and confidentiality of Community of Education Ltd and ensure that all external communications align with the organization's official policies and standards.
9. Payment Policy
The £100 fee is a mandatory charge for the use of the platform by each registered user. This fee does not constitute a payment for acceptance into any educational institution but strictly covers access to and use of the platform’s services. This fee covers administrative costs and is mandatory for all applicants.
Additional service fees or processing charges may be applied when necessary, depending on the specific services used within the platform. Any such fees will be clearly communicated to users prior to processing.
9.2 No Additional Fees Policy
Community of Education Ltd only charges a one-time application fee of £100 for all our services. We do not request any additional payments beyond this amount.
If any agent or advisor requests additional payment claiming it is required by us, applicants should report this immediately by contacting us at office@communityofeducation.co.uk.
We take these matters seriously and will investigate any such reports to ensure transparency and fairness.
Community of Education Ltd is not responsible for any additional payments made directly to agents or advisors. If applicants choose to make payments beyond the official £100 application fee, they do so at their own discretion and risk.
Additional charges may apply for optional services, premium support, or other specialized assistance provided by the platform. Any such costs will be clearly communicated before the service is rendered, and users will have the choice to opt in.
9.3 Why Users Must Pay a Fee
To maintain a high-quality service and ensure the smooth and secure operation of the platform, each registered user is required to pay a one-time non-refundable application processing fee of £100.
This fee is not a payment for admission but covers the following essential services:
- Professional review and validation of submitted application documents
- Personalized support and consultation throughout the admission journey
- Access to our full platform, including university programs, exclusive tools, and application resources
- Administrative and operational costs related to processing and submitting applications
Community of Education collaborates directly with a wide network of partner universities and colleges. When a student completes an application through our platform, it is reviewed by our internal staff and then officially submitted to the admissions department of the chosen institution. This ensures accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with institutional requirements and deadlines.
This payment ensures users benefit from dedicated assistance and access to expert support tailored to their educational needs. Please note that this fee does not guarantee admission, as all final decisions are made by the respective institutions.
9.4 Acceptance of Terms
By continuing to use the Community of Education platform and submitting an application, you confirm that you agree to these terms, including the payment policy.
Failure to pay the required application or platform usage fees may result in administrative actions such as account suspension, loss of access, or formal recovery procedures.
Where necessary, Community of Education Ltd reserves the right to initiate legal steps to recover unpaid amounts, including filing a claim in small claims court in accordance with UK law.

Agent and Advisor Responsibilities
Agents and advisors working with Community of Education Ltd are expected to present these Terms and Conditions to every applicant they refer.
They must clearly explain that:
- Each applicant is required to pay a £100 non-refundable application fee, which covers administrative review, processing, platform usage, and user support.
- There are no additional hidden fees beyond this amount.
Agents and advisors must ensure that applicants:
- Understand the admission process, including documentation and review stages.
- Are aware of the official application fee before any submission.
- Receive accurate, complete, and honest information at all times.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in the following actions:
- Temporary suspension of the agent/advisor account.
- Termination of partnership in case of repeated or intentional non-compliance.
- Loss of commission for applications that are unpaid or incomplete.
Community of Education Ltd reserves the right to monitor and manage agent and advisor accounts based on conduct and compliance with these terms.
Active Account Requirement
All advisors and agents must maintain an active and verified account with Community of Education Ltd. By creating or continuing to use a partner account, agents and advisors explicitly agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Compensation Structure
Advisors and agents are eligible for a performance-based commission ranging from £250 to £500 per successfully enrolled student.
The final commission amount is determined based on:
- Volume of successful applications
- Accuracy and timeliness of documentation
- Overall professionalism and cooperation
10. Confidentiality
All Advisors, Agents, and Students are required to maintain confidentiality regarding Platform-related and student-related data. Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information may result in immediate termination.
11. Security Statement
- We take the privacy and security of your data seriously. The following features apply:
- IP Logging: We log the IP address of users for security and administrative purposes.
- Access to application forms and user data is restricted to authorized personnel, including Community of Education administrators and authorized representatives from partner institutions.
- We may share your data with third parties such as course providers, but only to process your application. We will not sell or share your data for marketing purposes without your consent.
12. Termination Policy
Community of Education Ltd reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the role of an Advisor, Agent, or Student in cases of non-compliance, unethical conduct, or failure to fulfill agreed-upon responsibilities. This action may be taken without prior notice or warning, resulting in the immediate suspension and subsequent termination of the associated account. Typically, any party wishing to withdraw from their role is required to submit a 14-day notice; however, in cases of rule violations, this requirement may be waived, and immediate action will be enforced.

14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Community of Education Ltd.

16.3 Code of Conduct
All users, including students, agents, and representatives, are expected to maintain professional and respectful communication when engaging with our services. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or defamatory behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of services.
16.4 Defamation and Social Media Conduct
Community of Education Ltd reserves the right to take legal action against any individual who spreads false, misleading, or defamatory information about the company, whether online or offline.
In such cases, Community of Education Ltd may:
- Request the immediate removal of such content.
- Pursue legal action for damages if the content negatively impacts our business.
- Terminate any ongoing agreements with the responsible party.
16.5 Data Protection and Privacy
All personal data collected is handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). We do not share personal information with third parties unless required by law or necessary for the application process.
16.6 Limitation of Liability

In the event of a dispute, we encourage open communication to resolve issues amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be handled according to UK law.
